Flaming lines

The flame line is used for the preparation of items made of HDPE and PP for printing. The object to be printed passes at a steady speed under the flame and the surface structure is burned. We achieve the best result with the speed of the tape and the distance of the flame from the object. Flaming is performed with propane-butane and compressed air which are mixed in the burner. With the help of the regulator of air flow and gas pressure, we achieve a blue flame.
