In our cliché factory, we have been working on new cliché materials for decades and developing appropriate recording processes. This means that today we can produce optimal clichés for each application. Our many years of practice allow us to respond to the special characteristics of pad printing and use them to achieve the best results. 10 mm steel cliches give more than a million prints. Our steel clichés are made of a special, high-quality material that is finely coated and has a low chromium content. The absence of chromium allows for a much finer etching quality and a smoother etching base. The material is less grainy and you will see it by the quality of the fine detail printing and the regularity of the ink layer when it is transferred to the part.

These steel pad engraving plates are made of steel and coated with a transparent photosensitive layer, covered with white foil. These pad printing plates can be used on both surfaces. These steel pad printing cliches can be used in combination with magnetic ink cups as well as mechanically pressed ink cups. They are also very suitable for open ink pad printing machines. Tampon plates can be etched with nitric acid, iron-tri-chloride etch salts. Clutch pad printing is available in 2 thicknesses, 0.25 mm and 0.5 mm. You can use TTN developer and TTN coating cleaner to develop and remove the photosensitive layer. You can use TTN etching fluid for engraving.

These pad printing plates can be delivered without a photosensitive layer, which makes them suitable for laser engraving. The advantage of laser engraving is that you can engrave it very precisely to an accuracy of 1 micron. Also, positioning a work of art in a cliché can be very precise.

These pad printing plates can be used in combination with magnetic ink cups as well as with mechanical pressed ink cups. They are also very suitable for pad printing machines.

These pad printing plates are available in any size you need. By default, only one side is suitable for printing. On request, we can also supply pad printing plates that can be used on both sides.

Thick steel printing plates are available in standard quality and in an alloy with 12% chrome. Chrome pad printing plates are even more durable, but they cannot be corroded with nitric acid.
